Hello friends, my name is Punit Rawat, I have been teaching yoga for the last 15 years, during these 15 years I got the opportunity to work with many organizations. Such as ESIC, DDA, National Association for the Blind, Delhi .. Central Council for Research in Yoga & Naturopathy (CCRYN). My educational background is Masters in Yoga.
